Handling and Storage
Keep the boxes frozen at -18C. Take out the number of bags you need and defrost in the refrigerator overnight before using.
Cut along the dotted line at the tip of the bag.
Press position the decoration tip to put it into position. Squeeze the bag from the broad side with one hand, while guiding the tip with the other.
Once in place, cover the tip with the plastic caps included in the package.
To store the remaining cream, put the package in the refrigerator. Never refreeze the product!
Rich's On Top® has a shelf life of one year in the freezer, and two weeks in the refrigerator after having been defrosted and opened.
