Almond Cocktail

Looking for new products to interest your customers? Offer them a new drink called Toasted Almond Cream Cocktail, an easily-prepared American classic.
Ingredients (6 portions)
Rich's® Grand American®* 850 grs.
Amaretto 230 grams
Coffee Liqueur 230 grams
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a beater with ice. Whip and pour into 20 ounce glasses. Decorate with Rich's On Top® and almond slices.
Chocolatips

Chocolate is synonymous with seduction. Attract your customers with chocolate desserts in different presentations. Below are a few "chocolatips" to enrich your menu with the tempting flavor of the coconut.
Fill your eclairs with Rich's Bettercreme® Chocolate or Double Chocolate and sprinkle with small pieces of fresh pistachio. An easy and original filling.
Create genuine cocoanut fantasies. Decorate chocolate cakes and cookies with Rich's Bettercreme® Chocolate or Double Chocolate and drizzle with cocoanut syrup.

Ganache Fantasy

Nothing is as tempting as chocolate, and few desserts are as easy to make as Ganache Fantasy, a delicious French dessert. It's a cross between mousse and pastry which will quickly become chocolate lovers' favorite. Add various flavorings or liquors to please your customers.
Ingredients
Rich's Bettercreme® Chocolate 690 grs.M
Semi-sweet chocolate chips 518 grs.
Chopped nuts to taste
Instructions
Pour Rich's Bettercreme® Chocolate into a large saucepan and bring to a medium boil. Add chocolate chips and stir until they melt and form a smooth mix with the Bettercreme®. Pour the mix into a mold and let cool until firm. Remove from mold onto a serving dish and adorn with chopped nuts.
Mandarin Pavlov

Pastry, dessert or pie? Mandarin Pavlov is a genuine surprise of good taste and enjoyment. Made from a base of Rich's creams and fresh tropical fruit, this delicate-tasting dessert catches customers' eyes with its attractive presentation based on natural fruits.
Ingredients
Meringue
Egg Whites 12
Powdered Sugar 410 grams
Corn Starch 2 spoons
White table vinegar 1 spoon
Salt 1/8 teaspoon
Filling
Rich's® Grand American®* 900 grs.
Mandarin juice 1/4 cup
Mandarin flavoring 1 spoon
Decoration
Kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced in rounds 6
Strawberries 9
Passion fruit (pulp) 3
Rich's On Top® 430 grs.
Mandarin flavoring to taste
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350ºF. Beat egg whites and gradually add sugar. When the meringue forms peaks, add the corn starch, vinegar and salt.
Place a sheet of wax paper on a large baking mold and grease the paper. Make three circles about 8" in diameter with the meringue, pressing the center to form a cavity in the middle of each one.
Place the tray in an oven heated to 250ºF until the meringue circles are golden brown. Turn off heat and let cool without removing from oven. To make filling, whip Rich's® Grand American® at medium speed in a clean and dry mixing bowl.
When the cream has formed soft peaks, add the concentrate and the mandarin juice.
Fill the meringue circles with the mix, placing them in layers. Cover them with Rich's On Top® and decorate with fruit as shown in the photo.
