Rich's gives more ideas for growth
Early this year, Rich Products distributed the marketing brochure "Ideas Al Día" to its customers in Latin America, publishing some of the decoration designs contained in Rich's database. "Giving the interest created by the first issue, the company decided to publish 'Ideas Al Día" every two months as a support and reference tool for the bakery, pastry and food services industry", announced José Luis Lechón, Rich's Marketing Director for Latin America and Mexico pointing out that the brochure is a contribution by Rich Products to the daily efforts of its customers.
Mónica Cataluña, Assistant Marketing Manager for Latin America, is responsible for the brochure, which will circulate free of charge in 15 Spanish-speaking countries. "The initiative is part of our philosophy of customer service, and is aimed at extending the already traditional Rich's technical support. At Rich's we know that our customer's success is also our success. Therefore, we expect 'Ideas Al Día' to become a useful tool for business owners in the industry and a reference source for workers in these companies", Mónica Cataluña concludes.
