“The YOU Doctors” Sold on SeaPak Salmon Burgers
SeaPak Salmon Burgers got a big thumbs-up from "The YOU Doctors" recently in an article on their blog. When asked about the health benefits of salmon, "The YOU Doctors’" recommendations included eating salmon burgers a few times each week to reap the benefits of the omega-3s packed in each burger.
“Salmon is a delicious and good source of omega-3,” the doctors said. Omega-3 is the "good" fatty acid that can help keep your heart healthy. Regularly including seafood, especially salmon, in your diet can enhance cardiovascular health.

Dr. Roizen is a cofounder of RealAge, Inc. and the chief wellness officer at the Cleveland Clinic. The New York Times best-selling author recently spoke at the Rich Products Corporation Health Fair, in Buffalo, N.Y., sharing advice on maintaining a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise. Dr. Oz is vice chair of cardiovascular services at Columbia University Medical Center and hosts the Emmy Award-winning daily TV program, “The Dr. Oz Show.”
