Our goal is for associates to work in an environment where diverse views and opinions are encouraged. So we’re working hard to nurture a culture of inclusivity and belonging.

Creating a culture of inclusion starts at the top. In 2022, our CEO signed the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion pledge. We’ve updated our Leadership Commitments, our north star for leaders and our Great Rich’s Leadership development program to coach on inclusive leadership.

We’re always listening, tapping into diverse views and voices. Through our Associate Resource Groups (ARGs), our associates shape the agenda based on the issues that matter most to them.

This is demonstrated through our new ARG in Mexico, where we’re supporting our female colleagues facing challenges at home to thrive through the Grupo de Afinidad ‘Mujeres’.

LEARNING WITH AN OPEN MIND

Celebrating our differences starts with understanding them. So we’re taking all our associates on diversity, equity and inclusion learning journeys.

We’re building awareness, helping associates understand bias and recognize barriers. From awareness sessions in the UK and the US to better understanding women’s experiences in India to championing underrepresented groups’ beliefs in Brazil, we’re giving associates the tools to learn and lead.

It’s how we’re moving from understanding to allyship and action – together.
