Buffalo, N.Y., July 10, 2012 – On Thursday, June 21, Rich Products Corporation sponsored the Albright-Knox Art Gallery’s “COLLISION” party, a celebration for the gallery’s 150th anniversary.
As part of this sponsorship, Rich’s Catering group donated and prepared approximately $30,000 in food and menu items including a wide variety of 1970’s-themed foods like Swedish meatballs, duck a l ’orange and sirloin sliders.
At the event, guests enjoyed this menu along with a special exhibition, Wish You Were Here: The Buffalo Avant-garde in the 1970s, inside the gallery. Outside, guests traveled back to the 1970’s to enjoy a display of classic cars, music ranging from funk to disco, and the original Saturday Night Fever dance floor created here in Buffalo by Litelab Corporation.
