If you or a customer have any questions or experience a problem with any Rich’s product, please call Product Services. If you are calling to report a problem, please have the following information available when you call:

  1. Product code and description of product
  2. Production code date and expiration date (located on the side of the case)
  3. Number of cases involved
  4. Name of distributor and Rich’s Representative (if applicable)
  5. Description of problem
  6. Name, address, and phone number of contact

Please provide any other information that would help Rich’s better investigate the problem (i.e. how product is being handled, baked, etc.).

Corporate Citizenship/Donation Requests

Rich’s receives more than 1,000 requests for assistance every year. In light of this, we have chosen to concentrate on key priorities that support our company’s family-focused mission and vision. This led us to develop our “Healthy Families” initiative.

Within “Healthy Families,” we direct our contributions to three key areas: wellness, quality childcare, and education/school-to-career initiatives in the food service industry. All agencies and organizations we support must have a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
