AM I ELIGBLE?

To be considered for funding from Rich Products, your organization needs to:

  • Be a non-profit 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. Non-profits that are approved for funding must provide a W9 or IRS letter as proof of non-profit status.
  • Have not received funding from Rich Products in the past 12 months.
  • Have programs that directly impact the Western New York Community.
  • Use all funding within the originally designated organization and do not redistribute funds to other causes or organizations.
  • Make your request within 60-90 days of the event for which you are seeking financial support.

Please note: Golf tournaments, youth sports and community or service organizations (e.g., Little League, travel sports, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, VFW Post, Knights of Columbus) are not eligible for monetary donations. However, these groups may be eligible to apply for an in-kind product donation.

**Eligibility does not guarantee an invitation to apply for a Rich Family Foundation grant.

WHO IS NOT ELIGIBLE

  • Religious or sectarian organizations, except when they are conducting programs secular in nature that have wide public impact
