The two forces combined to publish Ashcraft’s recipe book, “101 Things to Do with Meatballs,” which features meatballs in a variety of recipes, from light soups and salads to appetizers, pastas and rice dishes. She includes so many quick-and-easy recipe ideas that no one will ever wonder again what to make with meatballs!
The popular meatball recipe book was Ashcraft’s 13th in her well-followed “101 Things” cookbook series. “I wrote this book of 101 new, delicious meatball recipes because meatballs were one of my favorite childhood foods,” she explained. “To me, meatballs are a great comfort food that I love serving. I hope these simple, delicious and nutritious recipes help others rekindle their own memories of times with family and friends that we cherished as children.
