As Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer, Monica leads the Associate Experience Network (AEN) at Rich’s, overseeing enterprise-wide organization, workplace, and people strategies, as well as corporate reputation.
Her overarching focus is to continuously enhance Rich’s work experience and performance culture, with an emphasis on engagement, growth and integrity for Rich’s associates across the globe.
With more than 20 years of international HR leadership experience, Monica has fostered high-performing cultures in both corporate and manufacturing environments. Prior to Rich’s, she drove significant business and culture transformations at KraftHeinz, Diageo and Tory Burch. Through this work, she spent extensive time living and working across the globe, in Beijing, Chicago, Hong Kong, New York, Shanghai, and Toronto, among others.
Monica is especially passionate about coaching and partnering with leaders to build long-term strategies that embed company cultures of care, growth and integrity.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
Monica and her husband, Bill, have two children, Max and Liam, along with their 100-pound German Shepherd, Baz.
