As Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, Georgia oversees strategic planning, governance and the company’s transformation office, which drives transformational change within Rich’s.
Under her leadership, the company invested in critical technology and digital initiatives to unify the company with simple, standard, global processes, delivering greater value for its customers around the world.
Georgia joined Rich’s in 1991 and has served in several senior leadership roles across international finance, global supply chain, R&D, and innovation. Prior to Rich’s, she spent four years at EY (formerly Ernst & Young).
Georgia earned both her MBA and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Canisius College. She and her husband Bob live in Lancaster, NY and have two grown children.
Committed to advancing and empowering women at all levels, Georgia has been a fierce advocate for gender-balanced leadership. She served as the co-chair of Rich’s OWN (Our Women’s Network) Advisory Board for nearly a decade and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Girls Education Collaborative.
