Two Rich Products Corp. leaders who are helping to craft its global DEI strategies spoke with Business First recently about how they are bringing a sophisticated, data-based approach to a workplace that works for people from all backgrounds.
It starts with hiring, they said, and continues with education surrounding DEI in the workplace. And finally, it involves extensive efforts in tracking and reporting progress.
